LES MILLS TONE
Monday 18:30-19:15

LES MILLS TONE combines blocks of strength, cardio and core training into one complete and convenient workout. The multi-peak workout helps burn calories and build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength.

BODYCOMBAT™
Tuesday 18:30-19:15

Entering a BODYCOMBAT class you will use your fists and kicks to raise your fitness level and burn up to 740 calories! This is a high-intensity aerobic workout that is inspired by martial arts, with no physical contact between athletes and with exercise book options for all fitness levels. The Instructor will challenge you to increase the intensity and will motivate you to do your best in each round. You will eliminate the stress from inside you, you will activate the hormones of joy (endorphins) and you will feel like a real champion!

BOOTY AND CORE
Wednesday 18:30-19:15

Booty and Core Group Class has been created for participants who would like to sculpt their core & booty into amazing shape. The overall goal is to burn calories, improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthening your booty and tonning your core through energizing and empowering workouts while having a fun workout along the way.

BODYATTACK
Thursday 18:30-19:15

BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. Full of energy, power and fun!

CIRCUIT
Friday 18:30-19:15

Circuit Training is a conditioning training using high intensity aerobic exercises! Is a fast paced class that you do one exercise for 40 seconds, rest 10 seconds and then move on to the next one! 10 exercises – 3 Rounds
