BODY COMBAT

The Sakkis Sporting Center Body Combat program combines martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi Chuan and Muay Thai with aerobic exercise.

It is very dynamic program of high intensity and it aims in giving extra tone and carbs to your muscles, thus increasing your strength, enhancing your endurance and boosting your self-confidence.

The training session lasts 55 minutes and can result in burning up to 740 calories. Prepare to experience a unique feeling of accomplishment!
