CROSS TRAINING FOR KIDS

Sakkis Sporting Center offers you an ideal opportunity to initiate your children (aged 3-12) to athletics and a healthy lifestyle. Our Cross Training for Kids program helps children obtain strength, endurance, agility and explosiveness. It is also a great solution for parents who enjoy training but do not have someone to take care of their children while they do so.

Cross Training for Kids improves the overall fitness of children and creates a healthy balance between mind and body. Through fun, they learn to belong to a team and behave as part of it in a healthy environment. Moreover, being fit from an early age is the most effective cure to health issues such as obesity, not to mention that training under the tutelage of our sports experts helps children develop traits such as self-control, self-confidence, discipline, leadership, respect, friendship and comradeship.
